I had a wonderful stay, as the hotel offered great value for the price we paid. The rooms were well-kept and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the Polynesian Spa and the town center. While overall the experience was fantastic, I did notice that the stairs could be a bit challenging to navigate with luggage, but it was a small hurdle given the positives.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff were incredibly helpful when we had an issue with noise and the hot pools were a highlight, the breakfast service and food quality left much to be desired. The overall value seemed lacking due to the inconsistent dining experience and the outdated rooms.

The rooms were quite old and could really use some updates. They felt tired and didn't live up to my expectations based on the advertising. Also, the security was a concern since the door led directly onto the street and barely closed.

My stay at this boutique hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, providing a charming historic feel, and the staff were so pleasant and helpful. However, the food for high tea was quite disappointing this time around, and I noticed that the service from management could use improvement. Overall, a beautiful setting but inconsistency in dining experience and service left me wanting more.

I had a lovely stay at Prince's Gate Hotel, with a beautiful luxurious room that made the experience delightful. The staff were charming and attentive, adding to the overall comfort of our visit. The location is unbeatable, just a stroll away from Eat Street and the gorgeous Government Gardens. However, the creaky floors in some rooms can be quite bothersome, especially if you're a light sleeper. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a luxury getaway.
