Prince'S Gate Hotel Rotorua, Rotorua

I had a wonderful stay, as the hotel offered great value for the price we paid. The rooms were well-kept and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the Polynesian Spa and the town center. While overall the experience was fantastic, I did notice that the stairs could be a bit challenging to navigate with luggage, but it was a small hurdle given the positives.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff were incredibly helpful when we had an issue with noise and the hot pools were a highlight, the breakfast service and food quality left much to be desired. The overall value seemed lacking due to the inconsistent dining experience and the outdated rooms.

However, the creaky floors in some rooms can be quite bothersome, especially if you're a light sleeper. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a luxury getaway.
